Isaac Grillo, The man who was named Miami's Ultimate Bartender in 2012, has opened Repour at the Albion Hotel. After owning his reputation at Haven in Miami, he has created a cocktail bar for locals, tourists, and industry folk to enjoy his wide variety of creations. His cocktails are made with fresh herbs and produce from his own garden and chills drinks with chilled Colorado River rocks or a frozen ball of coconut water (to name a few). We recommend trying their irresistible “Love Potion #33139” made with Hendrick’s Gin stirred with St. Germain Liqueur, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, Dry Sherry, pomegranate juice and orange bitters served with floating pomegranate “pearls”
2. The Broken Shaker at The Freehand
What started as a pop-up bar is now amongst the most recognized bars in the world. This can be credited to its cocktails almost entirely, as the atmosphere and the vibe definitely counts, but at the end of the day, it’s the cocktails what got The Broken Shaker on this list and on many more. The cocktail menu is constantly changing, so hurry down there to try a cocktail named after a phrase you here a lot in Miami: Hey Mamey (hey Mami)! This delightful combination of Bullet bourbon and Amontillado sherry shaken with mamey, cinnamon, espresso Cordial, and fresh lemon says so much about Miami in a glass. For those who are new to the Cuban fruits of Miami, you will be delighted to try for the first time, the main character of this glass: Mamey-a fruit with subtle hints of sweet potato, cantaloupe, brown sugar and honey. 3. The Regent Cocktail Bar at The Gale
This classy bar features some of the best Miami bartenders in a retro stylish hangout that houses jazz and some of Miami’s best cocktails. The bar itself received three nominations at last year's Tales of the Cocktail's Spirited Awards, including Best American Bar Team, Best American Hotel Bar, and American Bartender of the Year for John Lermayer. We’ve always been told not to mix wine with hard liquor but you’ve got to try The Regents New York Sour: bourbon, lemon juice, sugar, egg white, and a pinot noir float. This twist on a classic cocktail is amazing and will have you floating in no time.

This neighborhood bar is laid back for the sophisticated local and doesn’t fall far behind in awards with this years Tales of the Cocktail's Spirited Award for best new American cocktail bar, and this years Miami New Times “Best of Miami” award for Best Bar South Beach and Best Happy Hour. As a matter of fact, Happy hour really rocks there, with $5 cocktails and $0.75 oysters; it’s really unbeatable for the area. The banana Julep makes the list with its delectable mix of Sous vide banana rum, bonded bourbon, salted banana syrup, and mint wad. This drink breaks the stereotype of creamy and heavy banana cocktails and opens up a world of smooth and intoxicating nannie goodness.
5. Living Room at the W Hotel
The hotel bar is upscale and posh but what really stands out is exactly what got them to this list. The cocktail menu offers a variety of infused drinks and molecular mixology, with a bar full of fresh herbs, edible flowers and homemade tonics and bitters. The Electric watermelon is a must try- fresh watermelon, rosemary honey, peach bitters, and bourbon topped with honeydew caviar, which is honeydew juice that's been gelled into little balls like caviar.
