Isaac Grillo, The man who was named Miami's Ultimate Bartender in 2012, has opened Repour at the Albion Hotel. After owning his reputation at Haven in Miami, he has created a cocktail bar for locals, tourists, and industry folk to enjoy his wide variety of creations. His cocktails are made with fresh herbs and produce from his own garden and chills drinks with chilled Colorado River rocks or a frozen ball of coconut water (to name a few). We recommend trying their irresistible “Love Potion #33139” made with Hendrick’s Gin stirred with St. Germain Liqueur, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, Dry Sherry, pomegranate juice and orange bitters served with floating pomegranate “pearls”

What started as a pop-up bar is now amongst the most recognized bars in the world. The Electric watermelon is a must try- fresh watermelon, rosemary honey, peach bitters, and bourbon topped with honeydew caviar, which is honeydew juice that's been gelled into little balls like caviar.
